Azita Ghanizada Azita Ghanizada Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in various television shows. She is an actress from Afghanistan who was born in Kabul Afghanistan. After fleeing her home country, her family moved into the US. They were given asylum and allowed to stay. Her family raised her with two sisters and two sisters in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada started her camera career being featured in a variety of National Commercials. Ghanizada starred as Chiara in the Laura Neri's movie A Kiss on the Nose (2003). In recognition of this performance, she was nominated at the Cannes Film Festival for Best Actress.
